Science-Policy Brief on the Coastal Ecosystems of Yolanda-affected Areas

Typhoon Yolanda has brought about impacts of varying degree to the coastal ecosystems along its path. The science-policy brief (SP Brief) contains the typhoon impacts, current status, and recommendations for coastal management of these ecosystems in selected coastal cities and municipalities. These are Tacloban City, Palo, and Ormoc City in Leyte; and Quinapondan and General MacArthur in Eastern Samar. This SP Brief hopes to provide information on the recommended measures to be considered to enhance management activities in these selected sites.
