REBUILDING COMMUNITIES AND ECOSYSTEMS AFTER ‘YOLANDA’: An Experts Forum

Date: 23 January 2014 (venue to be announced)
Attendance is by invitation

The Experts Forum aims to provide a venue for exchange of ideas, knowledge and expertise on resilient structural designs, ecosystem-based rehabilitation and adaptation, and land use planning and management. We hope to convene scientists, knowledge users, researchers and potential collaborators to help us generate a science-based framework and compendium of researches to guide on-going numerous rehabilitation efforts in the Yolanda-affected areas.

If you are interested to partner with us or to attend this event or would like to refer someone who might be ideal resource speaker or participant, please send complete name, organization, position, address and contact details to our Forum Coordinator, Mr. Michael Adrian T. Padilla at matpadilla.omlopezcenter@gmail.com (copy toinfo@omlopezcenter.org) on or before 6 January 2014. We will send the formal invitation, program and registration form early January. Thank you very much and we look forward to hearing from you.
