OML Center released first issue of its Science-Policy Brief

Climate change is projected to worsen for the next decades (PAGASA, 2011). The Philippines, being a highly vulnerable country because of its geographical location, should take measures against climate change risks to prevent further massive losses of lives and money. Globally, organizations recognize climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction as a combined approach against climate change risks. The Philippines has adopted this approach, but how far has the country gone into?
