The conference will take place in Nairobi, Kenya from 24-30 April 2015, and the theme will be ‘Measuring and enhancing adaptation effectiveness’. CBA9 is organised by the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), the Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies (BCAS) and the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS), and is hosted by the Government of Kenya under the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources.
